Working with L’Oréal Professionnel, a global leader in the beauty sector, was an exciting challenge that allowed us to develop a highly complex B2B project. The platform, based on PrestaShop, connects beauty centers, zone managers, sales teams, and L’Oréal itself, offering a unique purchasing system through tokens. In collaboration with Altavia Ibérica, an international marketing agency, we transformed this idea into an efficient and personalized digital solution.

Digital Transformation and Usability

Our intervention began by optimizing the existing platform to adapt it to the needs of a global business. From improving hosting to support high traffic volumes, to redesigning the homepage and purchase process, every aspect was adjusted to deliver an attractive and functional user experience. We also developed an intuitive filtering system by tokens, making product selection easier and enhancing navigation for users.
Additionally, we added advanced functionalities for zone managers, enabling them to manage orders and sales teams more efficiently. The implementation of customizable fields per order from the BackOffice added an extra layer of flexibility to meet the client's demands.

Technical Optimization and SEO

From a massive database update to fix errors and enhance performance, to migrating PrestaShop to its latest version, every technical improvement ensured the platform's stability, security, and scalability. We also boosted the efficiency of critical modules, such as one developed by idnovate, achieving a tenfold increase in performance.
This project reaffirmed our ability to combine advanced technical solutions with effective usability strategies, creating a platform that not only meets the needs of L’Oréal Professionnel but also strengthens its leadership position in the global beauty sector.
