The old site, running on PrestaShop 1.7.3, had accrued so much technical debt that new design and feature deployments were difficult. We upgraded the store to version 8.2.3, overhauled the interface to match contemporary design standards: clean layout, simplified navigation, visually appealing catalogues, and fully responsive across devices.

Additionally, we built a product customizer tool that allows customers to configure advertising items online: choosing colors, texts, visual add-ons, and various custom parameters. This tool adds value, enhances user experience, and expands the commercial capabilities of the business.

On-Page SEO & Structural Improvements

Alongside the technical enhancements, we worked intensively on internal SEO: optimizing meta titles, descriptions, clean URLs; reviewing headings, ALT attributes, and content semantics.
