Do I need to know how to code to install this?
No. n8n has a visual no-code interface. Workflows are imported with a single click. The step-by-step video guides take you from zero. If you can use a computer, you can install it.
What does the full setup cost in total? (n8n + Claude + Railway)

If you already have your own server: no Railway needed → first year total < €280. With low Claude volume: can be under €200.
Do the automated emails comply with GDPR?
Yes, with the right distinction: transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, stock alerts) have legal basis under Article 6.1.b of the GDPR — performance of a contract — and require no additional consent. Marketing emails (cart recovery, campaigns) do require the prior consent you should already have collected in your store. All prompts include a configurable unsubscribe instruction in every automated email. Any questions about your specific case before buying, just write to me.
Do I need to pay for n8n separately?
n8n has a completely free self-hosted version. You can deploy it on Railway.app for under €5/month or on your own server. The cloud version has a 14-day trial and then starts at €20/month.
What about Claude / the Anthropic API?
Anthropic gives €5 in free credits when you sign up. For normal usage of these workflows (answering emails, generating reports), the monthly cost is typically €3 to €15 depending on volume — far below what you save.
Does it work with my ecommerce platform?
The workflows are designed for Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop. n8n also connects to Magento, BigCommerce and any platform with an API or webhooks. If you're unsure about your specific case, write to me before buying.
Does it work with third-party PrestaShop modules (marketplace, POS, ERP...)?
AutoTienda Pro's workflows use PrestaShop's native webservice API, which works with any standard installation regardless of installed modules. Tested without issues: MondialRelay, Correos Express, Paycomet, Stripe, Bizum (official modules), PrestaShop B2B Invoicing, official GDPR module. The only exception is modules that completely replace PrestaShop's order system with their own (such as some heavily customised ERPs): in that case, write to me before buying and we'll assess it with no commitment.
How long does the installation take?
It depends on how many workflows you activate. Each one takes between 20 and 60 minutes if you follow the videos. Most buyers have the first 3 running on the same day they purchase.
Can I use it in more than one store?
The included licence covers one store. If you need to install in more stores (yours or clients'), a multi-use licence is available. Write to me and we'll work something out.
