Hereinafter, "the Seller".
AutoTienda Pro is a digital product consisting of:
The Product is delivered entirely in digital format, with no physical component. Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, by means of a link sent to the email address supplied during purchase.
3.1 The price of the Product is the one shown on the sales page at the time of purchase, including any taxes applicable under the legislation in force.
3.2 Payment is a single, non-recurring charge, unless the additional installation service is expressly contracted, which has its own separate price and conditions.
3.3 The accepted payment methods are those displayed by the payment gateway at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal or others enabled by the payment processor).
3.4 The Seller does not store credit or debit card data. Payment processing is handled entirely by a certified external provider (Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy or whichever is indicated at the time of purchase), acting as a data processor under the GDPR.
4.1 Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address provided containing the download or access link to the Product within a maximum of 1 hour. In most cases access is immediate.
4.2 If you do not receive the email within that period, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected] stating the email address used for the purchase and your proof of payment.
4.3 Download links remain valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Product updates, if any, will be notified to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
5.1 By purchasing AutoTienda Pro you acquire a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Product on one (1) n8n instance and one (1) store or business.

5.4 If you wish to use the Product as a basis for offering automation services to clients of your agency or consultancy, you must acquire an agency licence, available on request at [email protected] at an agreed price.
6.1 For the Product to work correctly, the buyer must have or obtain, at their own expense:
6.2 The Seller accepts no liability for changes to third-party APIs (Shopify, Anthropic, Google, etc.) that may affect how the workflows operate. Where integrations change significantly, the Seller will publish updates so far as is reasonably possible.
6.3 PrestaShop has no native node in n8n. PrestaShop-compatible workflows are implemented through the HTTP Request node using the PrestaShop webservice API. The buyer is responsible for enabling and configuring webservice access on their installation.
7.1 The Seller offers a 30 calendar day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, as a voluntary guarantee additional to the applicable statutory regime.
7.2 You may request a full refund of the amount paid if any of the following applies:
7.3 To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request — AutoTienda Pro" and the email address used for the purchase. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
7.4 No refund will be given where:
8.1 The Product includes basic technical support through a private Telegram channel for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
8.2 Support covers: questions about installing the workflows in n8n, errors in credential configuration, and clarifications about the behaviour described in the included guides.
8.3 Support does not cover: configuration of third-party infrastructure (server, domain, hosting), advanced customisation of workflows beyond what is documented, or integration with platforms not included in the Product.
8.4 Response times are indicative: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (mainland Spain time). The Seller undertakes to respond within a maximum of 48 working hours.
8.5 After the 30 days of included support, the buyer may purchase additional support on request at an agreed price by writing to [email protected].
9.1 All files, prompts, videos and documentation included in AutoTienda Pro are the intellectual property of the Seller, protected by Spanish and international intellectual property legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, Spanish Intellectual Property Act).
9.2 The purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights; it grants only the licence of use described in clause 5.
9.3 The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the Product or any part of it without the Seller's express written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
10.1 The Seller does not guarantee any specific financial results from use of the Product. Results depend on external factors (business volume, configuration, platforms used, market variations, etc.).
10.2 The Seller is not liable for:
10.3 In no event shall the Seller's total liability exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the Product.
11.1 The personal data provided during the purchase (name, email, billing details) is processed by the Seller as data controller, for the purposes of managing the purchase, delivering the Product and providing the included technical support.
11.2 The legal basis for processing is performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and, where applicable, compliance with the Seller's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
11.3 Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required or to the payment and delivery providers necessary to complete the sale, which act as data processors under the GDPR.
11.4 Data will be retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract and, once it ends, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (a minimum of 5 years for tax and commercial obligations).
11.5 The buyer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by writing to [email protected] enclosing a copy of their identity document. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, in particular:
12.2 For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these T&C, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of the consumer's domicile, unless the law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
12.3 The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments will be published on this page and take effect from publication. Purchases made before an amendment will be governed by the T&C in force at the time of purchase. You are advised to save or print these terms at the time of purchase.
